Absa: Athlete. Model. Grounded in Strength.

Before finding her way to track and field, Absa explored everything from swimming and tennis to ballet and bobsleigh. But it was athletics that truly clicked. “It requires every part of you—physically, mentally, emotionally. That challenge made me stay.”

After committing fully to the sport, she began to see results. A narrow defeat at a regional meet lit a fire in her: weeks later, she took silver at the French Championships, beating her rival by one centimetre. Still, she wasn’t satisfied—proof of the drive that continues to push her forward.

Absa credits her mindset to her parents’ support and the values they instilled—resilience, discipline, and belief in herself. Over the years, she’s also built a strong relationship with her body. “I’ve learned to respect it—not just as a performance tool, but as a part of who I am.”

As she steps into the modeling world, Absa brings the same focus and work ethic. Her style reflects her values: creative, conscious, and rooted in confidence. “Strength and femininity aren’t opposites. They can exist fully, side by side.”
